This programme takes 9 weeks in total. The first 5 weeks focus on individual excellence, and the remaining 4 weeks require solving a problem collaboratively in a team of 5.
This programme integrated into the academic curriculum offers self-assessment, personal development and mentoring to emerge as a Future of Work sherpa, learning, connecting and leading others.
Students are preparing for the Future of Work through tailored career development support, access to a community of innovators and mentors and taking action to develop the capabilities for the future that will make them successful in every field they choose.
Through the alfinet platform, students, academia and industry can access continuous and transparent progress tracking, which further informs programme development that is relevant to them.

These are interactive sessions created to prepare our community of learners for the Future of Work. Held regularly, they include Connect Sessions—insightful presentations by global Subject Matter Experts on trending industry topics—and Community Engagement Sessions—monthly meet-ups where learners share experiences and celebrate their progress in developing the Capabilities for the Future.
Students are using the alfinet platform to set development objectives, track their progress, and plan activities. The purpose it to stay active, creative and consistent. By committing to a personal objective and completing it in full, they obtain a portfolio which they can choose to share with employers.
