Why the higher education needs to rethink its operating system?

Capability circles are collaborative projects where a small group of learners work together over 6 weeks. A simple task involves Research, Planning, Execution, and Communication; Capability circles help participants tackle real-world challenges, develop solutions, and refine their teamwork skills through 3x2-week sprints.

Each Circle is guided by a Sherpa, who selects a project from a Global Goals menu or creates one aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The group meets bi-weekly to review progress, refine ideas, and receive feedback, enhancing critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills in a hands-on, interactive environment.

Our system has the learner at its heart. We equip them with initiative, commitment, cooperativeness and capabilities to prepare for the future. Our approach takes into account the broader environment consisting of academia, industry, innovation ecosystems and the society itself.
