Are the degrees worth it?
How do we make the benefits of technological breakthroughs more widely available?
If education is the answer, it is currently not evident in the way we design curriculum, arrange delivery, conduct assessment or organise student development.
Our education system needs a refresh: One that aims to prepare Digital leaders who can think in first principles, design their careers, build alliances and scale their ambitions.
My co-founders and I brought Agile learning methods to higher education to create a model of global education. It was adopted to build new models of cooperative education in Higher Education institutions in Australia and India. It resulted in a US$20 million start-up, and a network of more than 150 universities and institutions.
We have now decided to take this forward into building an integrated solution – let us call this the Operating System for a new global, experiential education – to democratise access to expertise and ideas, and allow collaborative crafting of a new innovation commons.

In the programming language, Python, it signifies an error that occurs when a non-iterable value is used where an iterable is expected.
It can be interpreted as not repetitive (neither monotonous, nor routine), unique, individual, individualised, and having only one trial (there will be no other today). Trying for something unique when the existing arrays of educational ideas do not work; can alternatively be represented as elife.
Our company is turning today’s learners into tomorrow’s leaders. Leaders are self-aware, proactive, and in charge of their lives. We do it by enabling learning environments through collaboration, empathy, and innovation.
Enabling means that we create or transform. Learning means that it is a place where mistakes are taken as opportunities. Environments mean that the learner is immersed in the formation as a whole person, still enjoying the liberty of movement within a spacious, secure playground.
Collaboration means we believe in connecting people, exchanging ideas, and leveraging the talents of individuals. Empathy means we carefully listen to the needs of the learners and their future employers. Innovation means we are open to adopting new technologies and experimenting with unconventional approaches.
